A product partnership for creators with audience demand
Your audience is already asking. I build the product that answers them.
Your comments and DMs already contain the shape of a product. I find the questions that keep repeating, test whether your audience wants the deeper answer, then build and launch the product around your expertise and your voice.
I handle the research, structure, product, sales page, payments and launch. You pay nothing upfront.

You did your half. Nobody built the other one.
You have an audience that trusts you. You don't have an income that reflects it. And somewhere in the last year you've quietly started wondering whether that's your fault.
It isn't. It started because you liked doing it. Then one video went further than the rest, real people arrived, and it stopped being a hobby. So you got serious — you posted more, got sharper, learned what your people wanted from you.
And you got there. The following, the views, the comments from people who genuinely listen. But making content is already a full job. Building a product, writing a sales page, setting up payments and delivery, running a launch, handling the backend — that's a second one, and nobody added it to your job description.
That isn't a discipline problem. It's too much for one person.
There is a gap between you and an audience ready for a deeper answer. Closing that gap is the only thing I do.
Attention gets you watched. Trust gets people to buy.
A brand deal pays you for access to your audience. A product gives your audience a way to buy the method they already come to you for. One rents out the thing you built. The other means you own it.
What demand can actually look like
Nobody comments "I would like to purchase your program." That's not how demand shows up — which is why most creators are convinced they don't have any.
Illustrative example only. Not a real account, testimonial or client result.
Example: what demand can look like.
Illustrative example only. Not a real account, testimonial or client result. The tagged lines are the kind I'd act on.
A single question is not proof that someone will buy. The meaningful signal is a pattern:
- Repeated, specific questions
- Requests for a method or a step-by-step answer
- DMs about the actual problem, not just compliments
- Saves, shares and friend tags on the same theme
- Repeated requests for deeper help
Attention is a view. Affection is an emoji. A question costs something to ask — and repeated questions about one thing are what I look for. Not vanity metrics.
A note from the founder
I'm Josef, the person behind AudienceOS. Not a team, not an agency — me. AudienceOS is new. I do not have public launch case studies or client revenue results to show you yet. I would rather say that plainly than manufacture proof. What I can show you is exactly how the work is structured, what you would see before anything is built, and what remains under your control.
Here's what I actually do:
- Read your public account and the research signals personally
- Identify the repeated questions and product-shaped demand
- Structure the product around your expertise and your voice
- Build the product, sales page, payment and delivery setup
- Prepare the launch and handle the backend
- Publish nothing without your approval
I fund the work, and I only get paid when a product sells. My incentives are tied to the same thing yours are: building something your audience actually wants.
You do not need to take my word for the model. Inspect the process, run the scan, and decide from there — or get me on a 30-minute call and judge for yourself. That is the fastest way to know exactly who you would be working with.

What the Audience Scan gives you
You send a public Instagram handle (TikTok works too). No call, no account access, nothing to prepare. I read every scan myself and send it back within 48 hours.
Repeated questions
The questions that keep appearing in comments, captions, replies and public conversations.
Strongest demand signal
The clearest evidence that people want a deeper answer, not just entertainment or general inspiration.
Three product directions
Three possible products, why each one fits your expertise, and roughly how much of your time it would take. None of them is presented as guaranteed to sell.
Conservative scenario and an honest conclusion
A conservative illustrative scenario where it's useful, and a straight answer on whether the public signals look strong enough to justify testing a product. If they're weak or unclear, I say so.
This is an example of the format and thinking, not evidence of a client result. Every number above is illustrative.
How the process works
Find the signal
I read the public questions, themes and engagement patterns around your content, looking for what your audience repeatedly wants help with.
Test the demand before building anything
If a direction looks promising, I prepare a short public test — usually three stories over three days — to see whether people actually raise their hands for the deeper answer.
This is the step that removes the biggest financial risk: building something nobody wants. The demand is tested before substantial product-building work begins. If the response is quiet, I tell you, and nothing gets built.
Build it around your voice
I structure, write, design and set up the product, the sales page, the payments and the emails. You bring the expertise only you can bring, and you approve every piece before it goes live.
Add a section, cut one, rename something — it's your call. My name appears nowhere on it. It's your product, from you, to your audience.
Launch without turning your feed into a permanent sales channel
No paid ads. The launch runs in four phases:
I prepare it, you post it in your own voice. There is no fixed project timeline because it depends on recording, approvals and the chosen format.
After launch, the product can remain available through your bio and your normal content does not need to become a permanent sales channel.
What the split looks like in practice
Not a projection — just the arithmetic of the arrangement, so nothing about it is a surprise.
Illustrative scenario only. Not a forecast. Gross sales before platform fees, refunds or taxes.
This is not what I expect you to make. It is simply how the split works under one illustrative scenario.
What could actually get built
The format follows the demand and how much involvement you want.
Guide or ebook
Your method written down properly, for an audience that wants a clear structure they can use at their own pace. Delivered as a file; almost no recording from you.
Pre-recorded program
For a problem that benefits from your explanations and demonstrations. You record the expertise; I handle structure, delivery, sales page and backend.
Challenge or group program
For an audience that needs accountability and a shared starting point. More direct participation from you, and only chosen when the demand and your availability both support it.
1:1 support, only if the demand points there
If people are genuinely asking for personal guidance, a limited 1:1 offer can make sense. It is never the default, because it trades your time for money again.
One thing it never is: a generic information product with your face stamped on it.
The whole deal, in plain terms
Read this like a partnership, not a pitch.
What I never take
- No upfront fee
- No retainer
- No setup cost
- No card
- No passwords
- No account access
- No ownership of your audience
- No ownership of your content
- No ownership of your product
- No time contract
How it works
You send a public handle. I review it and prepare the Audience Scan.
The split is agreed before any product work begins. Normally 70% to you and 30% to AudienceOS, fixed for that product.
I fund the research, structure, product, sales page, payment and delivery setup, and launch preparation. You supply the expertise, record or approve the material, and approve everything before publication.
The product is sold and delivered through Whop, with the agreed split applied at the point of sale.
Your share is paid out to you through your own Whop account, on Whop's payout terms. Platform fees, refunds and taxes sit outside the split and follow Whop's terms and the tax rules where you live.
I fund the work because I only get paid when the product sells. My incentives are tied to the same thing yours are: building something your audience actually wants.
The full terms for a specific product live in a separate written agreement signed before any work begins. Where this page and that agreement ever differ, the agreement is what counts.
Who qualifies
There's a fit bar rather than a waiting list — the details are in the next section.
Not every account qualifies
There is no waiting list and no limited-spots theatre. There is a fit bar.
It usually works when
- You have roughly 30,000+ followers — a useful starting point, not a hard rule
- There's one clear thing people know you for
- Specific questions about that thing keep returning
- You don't already have a mature product solving the same problem
- You're willing to provide your expertise and approve what goes out in your name
Not a fit if
- There's no clear expertise or repeated audience problem
- You want guaranteed sales
- You'd rather not supply expertise or approve the product
- You expect AudienceOS to own or control your audience
- You expect a completely hands-off arrangement
- You already have a mature product solving the same demand
Follower count on its own is not enough. A smaller audience asking sharp, specific questions is more promising than a large audience that scrolls past.
I read every scan myself, and sometimes the honest answer is that your audience is not asking for a product yet.
The things you're thinking
"My audience hates being sold to."
They don't hate being offered something relevant. They hate being pushed toward something disconnected from why they follow you. A product built from your own method, answering the question they keep asking, is an answer rather than an ad.
"What if I launch it and nobody buys?"
That's why the demand is tested publicly before anything substantial is built. If the response is quiet, I tell you and nothing gets made. Nobody can guarantee sales — but you shouldn't have to fund finding out.
"I've been burned before. Agencies, programs, all of it."
Most of them get paid whether it works or not, and you carry the risk. Here there's nothing upfront, no time contract, and I'm paid only as a share of what sells. You keep ownership of the product, the audience and the content throughout.
"I don't have time for another project."
You don't run the backend — I do. Your part is the expertise only you can give, approving what goes out, and posting the launch content in your own voice. The format is chosen partly around how much time you want to spend.
Questions
Who is behind AudienceOS?
Josef — one person, not an agency. You can reach me directly at josef@audienceos.co, and I read every scan myself.
How do I know you're real?
The quickest way is to talk to me. Book a free 30-minute call and you'll be on video with the person who would do the work — before anything is agreed and before you commit to anything. Or email josef@audienceos.co and you'll get a reply from a person, not a system.
Do you have previous launch results to show me?
AudienceOS is new. I do not have public launch case studies or client revenue results to show you yet. I would rather be direct about that than manufacture proof. That is why the process starts with a demand scan and a public validation test before anything is built.
What exactly is included in the Audience Scan?
The questions your audience keeps repeating, the strongest demand signals in your content, three product directions with the reasoning and rough time commitment for each, a conservative illustrative scenario where useful, and an honest conclusion — including if the demand doesn't look strong enough.
Does this cost me anything upfront?
No. No fee, no retainer, no setup cost and no card. I fund the build and I'm paid only as a share of sales.
How does the split work?
It's agreed before any build work starts — normally 70% to you and 30% to AudienceOS — and fixed for that product. The product is sold through Whop with the agreed split applied at the point of sale, and your share is paid out through your own Whop account.
Do I need passwords or account access?
No. A public handle is all I need for the scan, and I never ask for passwords or access to your social or payment accounts.
Am I locked into a contract?
There's no time contract. The arrangement is per product, agreed in writing before work begins, so you're not tied to a period or to future products.
Who owns the product and content?
You do — the product, your audience, your content and your brand relationships. My name doesn't appear on what your audience sees.
How much work is required from me?
It depends on the format. A written guide needs very little; a recorded program needs recording sessions. You'll know what's expected before you agree to anything, and the format is chosen partly around how much time you want to give.
How long does the whole thing take?
There's no fixed timeline, because it depends on recording, approvals and the format chosen. I'd rather say that than invent a number I can't stand behind.
Do I have to change my content?
No. The launch is built around what you already post, and you approve every word that goes out in your name.
What happens if demand is quiet?
I tell you, and nothing gets built. That's a useful result — it saves you from launching into silence and me from building something nobody asked for.
What happens after launch?
The product can remain available through your bio, and I keep the payment, delivery and follow-up setup running. Your normal content doesn't need to become a permanent sales channel.
Who am I to charge for this?
Your audience already answered that — they're the ones asking. You've been giving away the thing people normally pay for. Putting a price on it is catching up to what they already decided.
Does my audience have to be English-speaking?
No. The product can be built in whatever language your audience speaks.
Rather talk it through?
Book a free 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no obligation, and nothing to prepare.
I'll walk through your public account live, show you the questions I can see repeating, tell you which products I'd build from them and why — and give you a straight answer on whether there's an opportunity there at all.
Most people find it faster than reading a report, because you can ask follow-up questions as we go. You keep everything we work out, whether or not we do anything together.
